Essendon Fields Car Park & Office Area - Deflecta

DEFLECTA TOPEL^®  and DEFLECTA MOISTURE SUPPRESSANT^® products were applied to the car park and office area at the Essendon Fields project in Melbourne. 

DEFLECTA TOPEL^® was applied to the two-level car park, internal basement, and ground-level external exposed concrete area including entrance/exit ramps and stairwells. This was done to maintain surface wearability and create a hydrophobic surface to aide in improving slip resistance which are safety concerns to staff, patrons, and visitors.

DEFLECTA MOISTURE SUPPRESSANT^® was applied to the four-level internal office area to assist in the control of moisture to the sub-floor prior to the installation of floor coverings. 

The new car park and office facilities of approximately 7500m² was developed due to high demand and location.
