
Beyond Apartments Carnegie: Multi-Residential
Hallmarc, a Victorian developer, has recently finished constructing its luxury Carnegie development; Beyond Apartments, consisting of 50 build-to-rent apartments. This apartment complex features a variety of fully furnished units including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

‘The Bakery’ Newtown, Sydney
This award winning project situated in Newtown, Sydney involved the complete reconfiguration, restoration and redesign of two separate buildings. The small corner shop constructed in 1909 and the much larger warehouse (formerly used as a local bakery) constructed in 1922. Led by the talented PAMMENT PROJECTS team, the design and construction ensured this project delivered the fine workmanship and high attention to detail required.

At last, the seaside suburb of Devonport has a new library after many years, many reports and many meetings.
