To make a significant and lasting impression by creating environments that inspire, enhance and contribute positively to the Community. Mr. Bala Subrahmanyam Dirisala B.Arch, M. Arch (USA) –Principal Architect founding principal. Has more than 25 years of experience in Architecture and Planning both in India, USA and the Middle East. Balu’s design experience includes Hotels, Resorts, Retail, Offices and Residential Communities. Balu obtained his Bachelor of Architecture degree from JNTU School of Architecture, Hyderabad Master of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California, USA in Los Angeles. After graduation, Balu joined the internationally renowned firm -KEO International Consultants in Kuwait. It was during this time that he gained exposure to large-scale projects throughout the Middle East Region. During this period Balu actively participated in the design development of a myriad of prestigious major scale projects Balu joined WATG Architects, Los Angeles USA who have designed many of the world’s most successful Hotels and Resorts and Residential communities. He also worked on several multi housing and mixed use projects located in USA and Dubai.
