Kathy Gresham talks Careers for Women in Construction

Encouraging young women to consider careers in the construction industry, EJE Director Kathy Gresham talked through her career path in Architecture at local High School Workshops this week, noting how gender diversity in the traditionally male dominated industry helps everyone. The two day Girls in Property Program, run by the Australian Property Council, sees female Year 10 students work through design exercises and tour inspiring local property developments.
