Fulton Trotter Architects Leadership Changes

Today we announce some changes to the ownership of Fulton Trotter Architects. From 1 July our youngest Director, Nathan Hildebrandt, and our oldest Director, Robert Wesener, will cease to be owners of our practice.

Nathan has been juggling the delivery of architectural projects with his drive to take BIM and all things digital to the next level in our industry. Nathan has made the decision to pursue other opportunities that allow him to dedicate more energy to pursuing his BIM and digital endeavours.

Nathan started at Fulton Trotter as a student 17 years ago with his career progressing steadily as he became an Architect, Associate, Associate Director, and for the last 2 years an owner and Director. In that time he has made many significant and valuable contributions including guiding Fulton Trotter on our ARCHICAD & BIM journey. We thank him for his tremendous energy, work ethic, leadership and friendship. He will remain a good friend of Fulton Trotter and all of us, and we wish him great success and happiness as he pursues new opportunities.

Robert will divest his ownership but will stay on as part of the Fulton Trotter leadership team. Robert started at Fulton Trotter’s Tweed Heads office in 1991, became an Associate in 1993, moved to Brisbane in 1994 and became an owner and Director in 1995. Robert’s talent for design development, his technical & contractual expertise and attention to detail has been highly valued by us all over this time. In addition we have valued his calm, wise counsel and caring, humble, and generous nature. Some years ago Robert took on the role of Managing Director and will now pass that on to one of the younger cohort. Robert’s new role will evolve and we are delighted that he will continue to share his expertise with us all.

Katerina Dracopoulos, Justine Ebzery, Greg Isaac, Ryan Loveday, Paul Sekava, Mark Trotter, Paul Trotter and John Ward will continue as the revamped ownership group and are looking forward to continuing to provide client focused high quality architectural and interior design solutions into the future.
