About JML Design Concepts

Founded in 2007, JML Design Concepts is a growing boutique architectural and project management firm based in Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Philippines headed by Architect Jennifer Rose Mendoza-Livelo. We are a team of architects, interior designers, engineers, interns and technical support staffs whose primary aim is to provide proficient architectural services and solutions to a wide range of clientele. ​Our design philosophy is to maintain a mindful understanding of our clients’ wants and needs and translate them into a well comprehended composition of drawings.
