LDA ON FILM Virtual Reality for Architects When the htc Vive was first being developed and on the cusp of being available to the public, 100 companies in the UK were asked to experiment and review the product. Leonard Design were selected to see how the headset could improve the design process within the architecture and design industry. The Social Shell Leonard Design and Arup worked together along with Nottingham Trent University and Scale Rule to run a weekend design workshop for local school children. The students were asked to design a pavilion with the winning design going on to be developed by the professionals and made into a reality.
