AUSGRID
This project for an agile workspace was a significant transition for the client. Every element was given deep consideration with a true commitment to the energy of the earth, the people, and the workspace. All of which underpinned by Indigenous philosophy.
A full suite of demo lockers and locks were presented to the stakeholders and left on-site, allowing them to experience various options. This has helped them to make a well-informed choice.
The locker size was an interesting point! The Senior Management determined that all lockers should be the larger 2 tier size, with only a few additional medium-sized lockers. It’s a tough decision to make because of the impact on floor space.
Ausgrid committed to having equal personal spaces for everyone. No one will have less than anyone else. In fact, they might even end up with more than what they need.
Lockers have become the “final frontier” of personal space at work. Ausgrid’s thoughtful decision ensures that people are well accommodated – instead of deprived – of personal space. This delivers positive energy and proves they are valued by the business.
