ADX Depot Acquires Bone Timber

ADX Depot are excited to announce that we have reached an agreement to acquire Bone Timber effective on 5th October 2021.

This acquisition will enable us to greatly expand our product offering to our valued clients in the commercial and residential construction market and will increase our service offering to you, our valued clients.

Bone Timber is a fifth-generation family-owned business operating since 1919 adjacent to our Edwardstown Depot. Bone supplies Structural timber, Standard and Custom Mouldings, Panel products, Landscaping, and Civil Construction Timber products which are sourced from responsible suppliers all over the world.

We saw the Bone Timber Business as a complementary addition to the ADX business model, and Bone Timber and ADX share the same values of quality products and service,

ADX Depot and Bone Timber will continue to run as separate entities, and all Bone Timber staff will be retained. ADX will be working closely with the existing Bone team to manage the day-to-day activities of the Bone business as well as introducing the ADX culture and values that we live by. We will be heavily investing in the business to increase our stock levels, systems, and products with the goal of ensuring being able to offer a similar level of service offering for your construction timber needs being available as per the Service and Delivery timeframes you have come to rely on from ADX Depot.
