We are also an advocate and a registered provider for Changing Places, which provides proper toileting, changing and showering facilities in public spaces to cater for the needs of people living with disabilities who cannot use standard public toilets with dignity and safety.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Our service technicians are trained and experienced in repairing and servicing the brands we sell via our fully equipped workshops and service vans. We go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.
For over 25 years, we have serviced and repaired patient lifting hoists, scooters and wheelchairs and completed equipment adjustments for growing children. We also offer regular maintenance contracts for scheduled mobile service of mobility equipment in hospitals, schools and care homes.
We also have an extensive stock of genuine parts for all equipment that we sell ready to go to assist you. With our years of experience and stock we have the capability of assisting and fulfilling your service requirements promptly and hassle-free.

Our facility is a highly flexible space that includes the largest showroom in New South Wales, with a wide range of products. Our facility incorporates three Consultancy Rooms, a Training Room, Workshops and Warehouse area.
CONSULTANCY ROOMS
Our Head Office in Silverwater, NSW includes three consultancy rooms that are available to you to meet with therapists to discuss and trial a range of assistive technology items.
In these sessions we take all measurements and requirements for custom made products such as patient lifting slings, cushions and wheelchairs, and can create the order on the spot for you, saving you time. This ensures a fast process and delivery so you can experience improved quality of life sooner.
TRAINING ROOM
Monthly training seminars with expert professionals sharing their ideas are held in our training rooms. This includes new product showcases, sharing experiences and knowledge and refresher courses for current products.
The training room is large enough to accommodate 60 people and features audiovisual technology, laptop, speakers and a projector as well as an IT team to help you set it up. We also offer complimentary access to wifi, underground parking and light refreshments and look forward to welcoming you to a seminar soon.
WORKSHOP
