Project Spotlight: East Brunswick Village - Nicholson St, Brunswick East

We’re excited to share our contribution to East Brunswick Village, a vibrant new development located in Melbourne’s bustling inner north. Designed by JAM Architects, built by LU Simon, and developed by Banco Group, this landmark project features 194 modern apartments, a cinema complex, and a range of retail spaces, redefining urban living.

For this incredible project, Axiom Group supplied:

• Lynfield Balustrades – 613 linear meters
• Paramount System – 126 linear meters
• Metropolis System – 95 linear meters
• Vantage System – 53 linear meters
• Custom Aluminium Batten Screens

All balustrades were powder-coated in premium finishes, including:

• Dulux Precious Bronze Copper Pearl Matt
• Dulux Duralloy Charcoal Satin and Charcoal Gloss
• Copper Coin Pearl (90T-4350Q)

Our tailored balustrade systems were designed to integrate seamlessly with the building’s contemporary architecture, combining aesthetics with durability. The result? A development that perfectly balances style, functionality, and modern urban convenience.
