The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) is Australia’s regulator for heavy vehicles. They are headquartered in Brisbane and employ more than 470 people across Australia. They were established in 2013 as a statutory authority to administer one set of laws – the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) – which applies in all Australia's states and territories except the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Bildspec recently installed their Konnect Operable Wall suite for builder PMG, as part of NHVRs new office fit-out in Parramatta, Sydney. Four glass acoustic office partition walls have been utilised to enable the separation of one large meeting space into up to 4 separate meeting rooms depending on NHVR’s requirements.
Bildspec’s acoustic office partitions have been tested for their acoustic performance at CSIRO’s acoustic testing facilities in Clayton, Victoria. We can provide walls that are rated 45Rw, 47Rw, 49Rw, and 52Rw, in accordance to AS1191.
Sound ratings of up to RW52 are available. Office partition panels are 100mm thick and constructed with two outer skins of particle board or MDF board, separated by appropriate acoustic insulation contained in an extruded aluminium perimeter frame with interlocking vertical stiles.
Our acoustic office partition walls can come with a variety of surfaces including, but not limited to Vinyl Laminates; Wood Veneers, Plastic Laminates, Painted Finishes, Textile Wallcoverings, Pinboards, Chalkboards, Magnetic White Boards etc.
