Charter Halls' Chifley Towers is the first touchless bathroom in Australia.
Chifley is an iconic premium grade skyscraper tower in the Sydney CBD. It was designed by New York City based Architects Travis McEwen and Kohn Pedersen Fox with John Rayner. Chifley Tower was the tallest building in Sydney until 2019 when it was surpassed by Crown Sydney.
The property is leased to multiple blue-chip tenants including UBS, Investec, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. and Morgan Stanley Australia. Due to the prestige of the building and it's tenants, Charter Hall wanted to ensure comfortability and promote a feeling of safety for all staff and visitors.
