Data centres are a unique environment when it comes to HVACR and mechanical noise.

The temperature-sensitive computer equipment inside requires around-the-clock cooling and this is generated by rows and rows of chiller fans on the roof. These big units - there can be hundreds of them - are incredibly noisy.

Con-form Group has designed a specialised range of products for data centres which includes ultra-high performance acoustic walls, acoustic louvres (for when machinery needs air flow to it) and elevated walkways - these are necessary for maintenance crews to access the chiller fans. We call them Acoustic+ UltraWall, Acoustic+ LouvreWall and Raised Walkway. They can be mounted to our equally light purlin- and rafter- mount platforms: EasyMech MR, EasyMech CR and Span+.

Each solution is lightweight, modular and prefabricated for quick and easy installation.
