Usually when a rooftop steel platform is being installed and it requires penetration through the roof structure to the rafters below, the occupants of the building have to be vacated. For weeks or even longer. This is because of possible risks such as platform materials or parts of the building accidentally falling through.

However, when you install a Con-form Group Span+ rafter-mount deck it is "business as usual" for the residents.

Our custom stub columns only require minimal roof penetration and this can be done without the need for hot works - welding and cutting. When Span+ is delivered to site from our Manufacturing Centre of Excellence it has been prefabricated into sections which connect using basic tools. Like a giant Meccano set. Safe. Fast. Simple.
