Con-form Group's unique turn-key Design-to-Installation process ensures that the biggest projects are completed rapidly and without fuss.

A classic example is this high bay-low bay manufacturing facility requiring 29 platforms, screens and what seemed like kilometres of walkway (!). The photo is deceiving but those roofs are the size of several football fields.

So, how do we simplify everything? Step One is to design a bespoke fit-for-purpose solution. It is modular and all of the components are made by us. Step Two involves the use of ultra-lightweight steel. This allows our installation team to move whole beams into place with ease. They really appreciate this feature on a site like that.

Step Three is prefabrication. The modular parts are produced and assembled in our Manufacturing Centre of Excellence. This not only ensures the highest Quality Control, it also means the installation teams only have to bolt or screw sections together on the roof.

Back in the days of structural steel, a multi-platform project would take many months to complete…nowadays we can turn them around in weeks.
