Construction Specialities Australia is proud to have received formal endorsement from Reconciliation Australia on our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Our RAP marks the first step in driving meaningful cultural change within our business, as well as for our project partners and communities we engage with.

We are now bringing our RAP to life through practical actions that will deepen our contribution to reconciliation, foster respectful relationships, and create meaningful opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our RAP features artwork by Dakota Dixon-Campbell, a proud Dharawal-Dunghutti-Yuin woman. The artwork, titled Connections through the waterways is inspired by the connection between the Cooks River and Coxs Creek, the two waterways surrounding our Enfield facility, symbolising the idea of connection and reflecting our global presence.

We look forward to continuing our journey of education and understanding to help us to develop our strategies and initiatives that will contribute to our RAP, enabling a more inclusive and resilient future for all.
