The Residence at Nine Elms – London, UK

The Residence at Nine Elms, is a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments built by leading UK developer Bellway. All apartments offer picturesque views over the river or surrounding parks and public spaces, with bespoke furnishings, fully integrated appliances and contemporary design inspired by New York.

The building’s entrance and lobby area is no exception, featuring luxurious decor and a high end hotel feel. When designing the reception area of this residential development, GRID Architects realised the importance of having a sufficient zone of entrance matting to prevent dirt and water from being walked into the building.

CS Pediluxe was specified with alternating colours of Wrought Iron (Dark Grey) and Castle Grey (Light Grey) interior carpet inserts, to avoid an overpowering effect against the light colour stone flooring and brickwork within the lobby.
