Circular Quay (Salesforce) Tower at Sydney Place

Cora Bike Rack has been selected to supply bicycle parking facilities for Australia’s tallest office building. At 58 levels above ground and 4 below, the tower is designed to accommodate up to 5,500 workers from leading organisations who will be looking for places to meet, eat, work and play.

The tower aims to achieve NABERS 5 Star energy performance, a Green Star rating of 6, and is the first ever building in Sydney to achieve WELL Core and Shell pre-certification rating.

The tower design builds on the low carbon transport approach with the inclusion of extensive bicycle storage facilities. Sydney’s first ever public bike hub will accommodate over 200 bicycles while the end of trip bike room for tenants will accommodate over 400 bikes. Both bike rooms will include single tier, double tier and vertical bike racks while bicycle maintenance stations and electric tyre pumps will ensure cyclists enjoy a smooth ride home.
