Pocket Herbs & Produce – New Processing Facility

It was great to catch up with Iain Reynolds at Pocket Herbs & Produce, Australia’s leading producer of microgreens, at their purpose-built hydroponic farm in Burringbar.

Since our last visit, Iain has expanded the operation to include a range of traditional bush foods. It was fascinating to sample the wide variety of tastes and flavours within this product range.

Pocket Herbs' continued growth necessitated the expansion of its processing facility to meet food safety operational requirements. We were very pleased to be selected as part of this expansion project. Tropicool Cold Rooms constructed the custom-designed rooms using our DeltaCool-EPS-FR™ panels.
