"One of the most important responsibilities is succession of leadership that continues to drive the company forward. The extraordinary leadership of Roland Krueger took the company through one of the most difficult times of recent memory. Roland has successfully transformed the operation of the company and built a strong team that will be the foundation for the next steps of Dyson. I would like to personally thank Roland for his commitment and dedication. In his new role, Roland will continue to shape the development of Dyson as a Member of the Board. He will pass the baton to Hanno Kirner, who will bring to Dyson a wealth of experience across multiple industries.”
Achievements:
During Krueger's tenure, Dyson embarked on a £2.75bn five-year investment plan in new technologies such as AI and machine learning, new Dyson Digital Motors, new battery technologies, new beauty products and new products in Home Care. Dyson expanded its engineering & development centres as well as its production network globally. The company is now present in 84 countries and has engineering centres in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Poland. Recently, Dyson was announced as one of the top 100 companies to work for globally by Forbes and the new Dyson Airstrait was awarded to be the most innovative beauty product in the year 2023 by Time Magazine.
