STARDARDSMARK LICENCE FOR EMERGENCY EYEWASH AND SHOWER EQUIPMENT

SAI Global grants Enware Australia Pty Limited the StardardsMark Licence for emergency eyewash and shower equipment.

These products have now been included in the updated Watermark Certification Scheme – Schedule of Products.  At this stage a technical specification has not yet been determined. The ABCB has also released a Notice of Direction that refers product users to the National Construction Code (NCC) for guidance meeting compliance requirements.

Under the compliance requirements, Product that is intended for use in contact with drinking water must comply with the relevant requirements of AS/NZS 4020. Further evidence of suitability; Enware maintains 2 separate StandardsMark licences with SAI Global (refer to Product Standards; AS 4775 and ANSI Z 358.1). For Enware StandardsMark Licences please access via the links provided below.

“The Standards Mark Licensee” has the right to use the STANDARDMARK as shown in Certificate SMKP21998 and SMKP20545. in respect of the goods described and detailed in the schedule, which are produced by Licensee or on behalf of Licensee and which comply with the appropriate Standard referred to above as from time to time amended. The Licence is granted subject to the rules governing the use of the STANDARDSMARK and the Terms and Condition for certification and licence. The Licensee covenants to comply with all the Rules and Terms and Conditions.
