The Genesis Signature range is designed with architects, builders, and installers in mind, offering numerous benefits such as premium finishes, an extensive palette of colours ranging from rich tones to vivid hues, and a robust 20-year warranty. Each panel is infused with carefully blended pigments, ensuring vibrant and consistent colour retention over time. 

Made primarily from natural materials — cement, cellulose fibers, and water — Genesis Signature is also an eco-friendly façade option. Its advanced High Resistance (HR) coating represents the pinnacle of surface technology, providing exceptional durability and resilience against wear, scratches, and graffiti. The innovative formulation includes anti-graffiti properties, allowing for easy removal of unwanted marks without damaging the underlying surface. 

Genesis Signature will be officially launched at a high-profile event in Sydney on September 12.

The new range will offer a variety of finishes: Oasis, Essence, Velour, Serene, Lumina and Channel. 

• Oasis features a naturally dried, translucent surface with lightly pigmented clarity, providing a minimalist yet versatile look. 

• Velour highlights the natural, rustic quality of fibre cement with a spectrum of colours, from greys and browns to subtle greens, blues, and reds. 

• Lumina presents a carefully curated palette of eight shades, including warm whites, bronze tones, and blacks and greys with a hint of green. 

• Essence is ideal for designs needing deep, durable shades with a finish that accentuates the natural texture of fibre cement. 

• Serene offers a uniform, opaque finish that combines practicality with aesthetic simplicity. 

• Channel features raised parallel lines for a tactile façade, creating dynamic depth through light and shadow interplay. 

The Genesis Signature range will complement Fairview’s existing Genesis line, which includes finishes such as Raw, Hewn, Groove, Infuse, Classic and Rustik.
