Completed in 2023, this stunning development by Aria Property Group and Bates Smart redefines urban living in Brisbane, seamlessly blending visionary architecture with a deep commitment to sustainability and community.

The architectural concept for this project draws inspiration from the angular faceted cliff faces of Kangaroo Point. The building’s design directs views toward the river and the city, and also plays with light and shadow, creating a dynamic and visually impressive façade.

Recognition for Rivière continued at last week's Greater Brisbane Architecture Awards. The building won the @brisbanecitycouncil ‘Buildings That Breathe’ Prize. It also advanced to the Queensland Architecture Awards, in the multi-residential architecture and sustainability categories.
