Fytogreen Australia played a pivotal role in transforming 480 Swan Street into a green oasis within the urban landscape of Richmond, including the design, installation, and maintenance of extensive greenery throughout the building.

Key Features of the Greenery

• Aluminum Planter Boxes:
  A total of 177m2 of aluminium planter boxes were installed, spanning five levels of the building. These planters are strategically placed to enhance the aesthetic appeal and provide a refreshing environment for occupants.
• Levels Covered:
  The greenery is distributed across the ground level, levels 1 through 4, and level 9. This distribution ensures that multiple floors benefit from the natural ambiance created by the plants.
• Number of Planter Boxes:
  199 Aluminium planter boxes were used in the project. These planters are designed to be both functional and visually appealing, contributing to the building’s overall green credentials.
• Lobby Planters:
  The lobby area featured 2.5m - 3m Ficus trees creating a lush, welcoming and vibrant entrance for visitors and employees alike. These planters are designed to complement the building’s modern architecture while providing a touch of nature indoors.

The greenery supplied and maintained by Fytogreen the Australia POst HQ  is a key feature of the building’s design. It enhances the aesthetic appeal, contributes to environmental sustainability, and promotes the wellbeing of the building’s occupants. This project showcases the importance of integrating nature into urban spaces and sets a benchmark for future developments.
