Dudley Park, Specialist Disability Accommodation comprises two free-standing, high-quality homes designed to accommodate 3 participants each with 1 x On-site Overnight Assistance with each home comprising 3 fully accessible bedrooms, each with fully accessible ensuite bathroom and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

As a renowned builder and developer, Dale Alcock Projects is leading the way in the construction of Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) compliant homes for developers and SDA providers across Western Australia.

Dedicated to quality construction and working in collaboration with SDA Partners, Dale Alcock Projects called upon their long-term hardware supplier Hafele, to assist with specification and supply of SDA fixtures and fittings.

Häfele BDM Penny, together with Dale Alcock Projects CA Chris, worked closely to select, document and deliver a comprehensive assisted living fittings schedule and architectural door hardware package that met the specific design and budget requirements of the project.

As the largest supplier of SDA fixtures in Australia, Häfele’s extensive range offered a wide choice of options to ensure these homes not only met the SDA design criteria but also delivered on quality, longevity and serviceability.

Key to the successful, on time & on budget delivery of this project was the advantage of sourcing all SDA fixtures and fittings – front door to the back door - from a single, trusted supplier – Häfele. The procurement and delivery process were seamless and the consistent, reliable service made a significant difference to project timelines.
