Specialised Housing Award Kingston Building Winner, Category Sponsored by Häfele

Kingston Building, Newcastle as the WINNER of the "Specialised Housing Award” HIA Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for their Jesmond Retirement Village project.

This landmark project in Jesmond NSW, comprises 22 senior living residences - the first of its kind in the Hunter Region.

The village includes a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom units over 3 levels, purposefully designed for seniors to maintain an independent lifestyle close to amenities, retail shopping centres and transport.

The project is a stylish, contemporary urban design with a community feel, and incorporates a community centre and covered outdoor area for social activities.
