The Barnhouse

The Barnhouse is a Byron Bay home bathed in serenity founded on a concrete floor by one of the best in polishers in Australia, Will Keane.

Set on a canvas of polished Concrete, the Barnhouse was recently a contender on Australia by Design Interiors Series. During the series, Owner / Builder Time Sharpe spoke about how he loved the reflective warm quality of a concrete floor. Tims’ Wife and Barnhouse Designer, Rani Blancpain raved about the low maintenance and ease of polished floors, “you can get sand on it, let the dog run through and it does not really matter”.

The Barnhouse is a beautiful demonstration of how polished concrete compliments a simple yet sophisticated home.
