Pangaea® PCV is a cement based polymer enhanced compound that is installed on top of existing sound substrates. It is mixed on site and hand troweled at an average thickness of 15mm. After a short cure time , Pangaea® PCV is then machine ground and mechanically polished which can if desired, achieve a high gloss finish. Pangaea® PCV is predominately installed indoors or in enclosed balconies or covered alfresco areas
