The new Uniqlo distribution centre is a consolidation of Uniqlo Australia’s warehousing and logistics operation. This is a new build as part of the Charter Hall MidWest Estate, designed to cater for 250 staff. The new state-of-the-art facility also caters for energy-efficient design and facility services to future-proof operations and contributes toward a net-zero economy.

Planex’s xLocker2 with cantilevered bench seating was selected for Uniqlo’s female and male change rooms. The cantilevered seating allows for staff to sit down or rest their belongings whilst accessing their locker. The use of Acupanel™ in conjunction with the Linea perforation pattern has been proven to significantly reduce workplace noise, a great benefit when designing end of trip facilities. The Lehmann 59 Vertical dial lock was selected enabling users to create their own personal combination.
