In a recent project for an independent supermarket, Premier Door Systems was sought out to replace the existing competitor’s PVC Swing Doors that were beyond repair. Premier Doors installed PremIMPACT, a heavy-duty, High Impact Thermal Traffic Door (HITT) which caters to areas with high levels of traffic. It has reduced the chance of panel damage through tear-drop HDPE impact buffers and large clear vision windows and includes signage to windows to prevent unauthorised access to staff-only areas.
This installation of PremIMPACT brings significant advantages to the facility, such as efficiency, durability and security.

- Durable proprietary ABS Type outer shell with thermally insulated core for great insulation and rigidity.
- PremPIVOT Double acting variable torque spring stake concealed in the door stile.
- An adjustable bottom jack caters for height variance and the hemispherical pivot compensates for floor irregularities.
- Double wall windows with perimeter moulded gaskets provide safe two-way vision.
- Option of kick plates, or spring bumpers to maximise impact resistance and enhance the life of the door in heavy use areas.

- High density polystyrene core that is resistant to water absorption and bacteria.
