This is the ephemeral Grand Palais. This temporary building, supported by GL EVENTS VENUES is installed on the Champ-de-Mars, until the end of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024. During the renovation of the Grand Palais, the building will host the major art, fashion and sport events.​
The structural and transparent characteristics of our STFE product qualified it to be used as vertical panels connecting glass façade to outer layer. Its transparency created an interesting volume perception between the two roof skins while underlining the wood elements geometry. 4 crescent moon shaped panels of 250 sqm each were installed in one piece to ensure air & watertightness in a difficult access zone of the building.
