This Australian villa located in Adelaide's premier suburb of Malvern, pays homage to its federation heritage while embracing contemporary minimalist living. Removing the render to reveal the red brick facade, there is a classic feel to the home, that then transcends you into modernity the moment you step foot in the door.

Contrasting textural layers have been incorporated throughout the interiors, with Signorino's porcelain and natural stone products adding dimension and colour to the home.
