Background and Experience

I started out as a mechanic, went on to landscaping but was always drawn to building. I remember when I was in primary school and the local church being built. They were up to the stage of putting the roof on and I would watch intrigued and wanted to see and understand how it all went together. Trish has acquired her knowledge through practical on the job experience. She enjoys design and creates the plans for our homes with a strong emphasis on incorporating both style and liveability. When Trish and I are both happy with the house plan I will design several facades and rooflines until I am excited with the result. First impressions are important and add to the beauty of a home.

We got to the stage in life where our kids were all grown up, we had a passion for designing and building and we thought lets just do it! We knew we had something great to offer and we love what we do. We started the business in 2007. Stylish Concepts is a small building company, we focus on building good quality homes with style, creating the indoor / outdoor living, attention to detail is what we want to be know for, and after sales service to the client. We need to look after the client, as they help spread the word that we are a quality small builder. Every building is a one off design. We want to build nice quality homes that people can live in very easily. I am often on the job site 6 days a week, making sure everything is moving along and happening, its hard work, but I really enjoy it.
