You are welcomed into this home by deep, rich and dark timber flooring, that creates the foundation of contrast, making a striking juxtaposition to the white walls, cabinetry and light grey marble used throughout. Our Osaka Brown engineered boards from our Grande Ville Collection have been utilised in a herringbone format to add an element of luxury, transforming from moody and almost black in the hallway, to deep brown boards that gleam and display a beautiful sheen in the well-lit rear of the home.

Herringbone down the hallway is always a good idea, offering movement and a flow that guides you through the home from one space to another.
Despite being from our 260mm wide collection, all of our Grande Ville colours are available in our standard 150 x 15 x 900mm herringbone size, giving you even more colour options for this popular parquetry lay.
The design of this Sydney home elegantly incorporates an abundance of natural light, casting soft, inviting glows along the flooring, creating a brightness and depth to the space. This harmonious blend of light and dark elements infuses the home with a sense of drama and sophistication, making every corner a visual delight- a beautiful reason to look to dark floorboards for your next project.
