We're delighted to share that we’ve taken a bold step forward in innovation with the successful integration of our cutting-edge robot at the Condell Park factory.

This powerhouse of precision and technology is transforming the way we manufacture stainless steel tanks, used in our iconic Zip HydroTap for both residential and commercial customers. Our new robotic system is a leap into the future, performing three critical tasks—welding, base sealing, and leak testing—with incredible accuracy and consistency.

By embracing automation, we’ve improved efficiency, speed, and quality across the board, all while freeing up valuable space on our factory floor. The collaboration between our Operations Engineering and Manufacturing teams made this project a reality, and we couldn’t be prouder.
