We offer two types of CO2 canisters: a smaller, 1.0kg (2.2L) for residential models, and a larger 2.6kg (4.0L) for commercial purposes. Commercial canisters are refillable at most gas refill locations, which is great for the planet and your environmental credentials, too!

Local councils provide different services for used CO2 canisters. Some run several specialist chemical clean-out days every year, where you can recycle used CO2 canisters at a specific location. Alternatively, Community Recycling Centres may offer options for disposing of hard-to-recycle items. When it comes to getting rid of your used gas cylinder responsibly, it’s important to note that these items cannot be disposed of in garbage trucks or landfill due to safety risks. Although kerbside recycling is not available, you can check with your local council to see whether they provide a service for recycling gas cylinders.
