The Project of Training Center Building & Aston Lake Resort & Conference Center is situated on a land area of 5 ha, which is situated in Babakan Madang Sub-district of Bogor District. The boundaries of this land are: road and vacant land on the north, golf courses on the south, road and vacant land on the west and the east.
From the site analysis and consideration of activities and functions, the master plan layout requires the training center building to be placed on the north side with the intention of ease of access for users of the facility, while the hotel is placed on the south side on the ground that for hotel building, the achievement cannot directly add its value because the theme is a resort hotel.

The resort hotel is situated in an area of 3.4 ha within a Hotel and Training Center Building complex with total area of 5 ha, which is the largest hotel complex ever operated by Archipelago International. Aston Sentul Lake & Conference Center has a total of 220 rooms, consisting of 168 standard rooms, 12 suite rooms, 32 cliff hotel rooms and 8 villa units. The 4+ star hotel is also equipped with various facilities as a conference center, such as ballroom with a total capacity of 1,000 people and 4 meeting rooms along with a parking lot that can accommodate 150 cars.
