Located near the UNPAM campus area, the owner built this building to be used as a boarding house for women. This building has 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room.
We try to make as many bedrooms as possible. But because of that effort, this limited-area building doesn't have many options for window openings. Moreover, right and left adjacent to neighboring buildings. To solve this lighting problem, we made openings in the roof to serve as skylights as natural lighting in the building.
Interestingly, the top floor has a rooftop which is used as a multifunctional room. The owner wants the rooftop area to be a gathering place. To separate circulation access, stairs are placed in the front area so that occupants still have privacy.
