Co-Office is designed to allow a flexible place for collaboration. In here, each expertise is able to maintain their own privacy at the designated space.
The design consists of a minimalist palette of charcoal, white and subtle wood elements, features artworks and custom elements that are locally made.
The warm perception from wood, together with the darker shade of wall paint will help the member to feel more cosy, at the same time keeping the passionate work.
The common space is located at the entrance, with a high ceiling and painted neutral white to create a spacious ambiance. Rather than having an ordinary reception to welcome the visitors, it is substituted with a comfortable sofa, decorated with plants, a side table, and an elegant painting by a local artist. The pantry area on the other side is equipped with a wooden island for tenants to have meals and chat informally at their break time.
The micro units on the other hand, line the outermost perimeter. They are set with a drop ceiling, adjusting the height to the highest window frame as a datum to take an advantage of natural daylight and unobstructed view towards java sea and urban skyline. They foster a visual knitting while allowing acoustic privacy, sets of insulated walls along with translucent tempered glass partitions for achieving spatial continuity in between as a whole.
