Quattro was engaged to refurbish the existing TAB lounge, in order to attract younger clientele. The existing TAB was located on Level 1, without street exposure and dimply lit with an impractical partition wall splitting the lounge into two areas.
Quattro redeveloped the branding of the new TAB lounge to be "the destination" for a sports lounge within the area. Working within the boundaries of the existing building envelope, Quattro was able to create a more open and welcoming spatial arrangement, ensuring that existing clientele would continue patronising the Club whilst attracting a younger demographic.
