This project comprised a 6-storey office/factory with 2 basement carparks, and a pedestrian linkbridge to an existing building. The primary functions housed in the building were electronics production plant area for research & manufacturing, and the offices of the CEO and Executive Management. Special considerations included earthing the production floor areas to prevent build-up of static electricity. The scope of work included interior design of the executive offices.
