This state-of-the-art office and logistics facility is one of the newest depots for the Australian power provider, Powercor.
The project includes an extensive administration building with offices, meeting rooms, break-out spaces, power lab and conference rooms, a vehicle storage and workshop shed and a logistics shed with loading bays, parts storage, office and truck wash bays.
The site has extensive external paving areas to allow semi-trailer access, vehicle and trailer parking and storage for large power poles and coils of cabling all within a secure compound. A key success of the project was achieving simple vehicle work flows across the site that minimise potential crossings of vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the operating hours of each day.
