Prima Pearl was developed by PDG and Schiavello as a high end residential tower in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne. The building consists of 667 apartments across 72 levels. At the time of construction it was the fourth tallest building in Melbourne and the fifth tallest building in Australia. This project had us involved for a number of years and has given us invaluable experience in this sector becoming an exemplar project for the type of work we can complete.
