ELARA UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Work is well underway on Stockland’s Aspire development. Aspire is a purpose-built neighbourhood for people aged over 55 years, and is located within the thriving community of Elara in Marsden Park.

Quattro are pleased to be working with Hutchinson Builders on the communal club house, which includes a pool, gym, lounge and dining areas, as well as 49 two and three-bedroom dwellings.
