ST LEONARDS OFFICE UPGRADE

Construction is underway on a major upgrade to a character filled existing office building in St Leonards, sited within a significant historical precinct. An additional level of office space will be added and planning has been carefully considered to allow for a range of tenancy options.

In addition, the whole building will be upgraded to bring it up to current building requirements and tenant expectations. This upgrade includes dramatic improvements to the thermal envelope, accessibility, egress as well as new mechanical, electrical and communications facilities.
