Design and Build With a versatile grasp of technical know-how, our diverse portfolio spans across the residential, institutional, and industrial industries. Precast and Prefabricated Solutions As one of the first movers to usher in the advancement of Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) in Singapore, we are well-equipped with the relevant experience to deliver quality. With several PPVC projects in the pipeline, we seek to supplement the finished product with great design and speed, while drawing upon past experiences for constant improvement. Architectural and Finishing Works Our diverse skill pool offers a full range of services that include bricklaying, plastering, skimming, screeding, rendering, concrete panel, drywall, wall and floor tiling, marble and granite tiling, and pebble wash finishes. This touch of versatility allows us to take up projects of different natures and requirements, while providing a greater freedom of choice for prospective clients. Structural Steel and Metal Works Armed with the capabilities of fabrication, supply, and installation of structural steel and metal work products, we cater to both the private and public development sectors. While the primary elements of structural steel work include link ways, shelters, precinct pavilions, trellises , and roof trusses, we also offer additional help in the form of aluminium cladding for lift upgrading projects, which is designed, supplied, and installed by us. Aluminium Works We work to supply and install architectural aluminium facade works, curtain wall systems, cladding panelling, skylights, and canopies for institutional, commercial, and residential projects – all with the promise of quality. Electrical Works Our integration of electrical systems for both private and public projects across Singapore has established the team’s specialisation in installing electrical, communication, audio/video, and security systems. Our recent success with running a new mode of electrical installation alongside PPVC projects has affirmed our dedication in pursuing quality and innovation – traits that we intend to further develop. Sanitary and Plumbing With increased technical know-how and new knowledge gained from our participation in Design and Build projects, we are able to tap into this pool of experience to better facilitate plumbing, sanitary, and gas system installation services. Our venture into plumbing and sanitary system installation for PPVC also gives us the chance to further explore the market and the relevant skill set. Piling As the foundation of all architectural projects, structural integrity is an element of utmost importance, so we strive to deliver the best quality to our clients. Training and Testing Our Training and Testing Centre serves to meet the training demands of the construction industry. As an accredited training provider approved by the Building Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA), we conduct courses that are specially tailored to fit in with current industry practices and trends.
