The AIA Hong Kong Chapter event, held on April 11th, 2024 and sponsored by Steelcase, brought together architects, design professionals, and other experts. Led by Paul Gardner from Fresh Accounting, the event covered various topics, including project-based accounting, fee structure and billing, budgeting and forecasting, technology integration, risk management, talent empowerment, strategic financial planning, and industry realities.

Guangzhou, 2 April 2024. The 29th Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE), themed “Light – The Power of Infinity”, will be held from 9 – 12 June 2024, at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, in exhibition areas A and B. As a platform for connecting leading industry players, the fair is expecting to attract over 200,000 lighting professionals across 26 halls covering a total of 260,000 sqm, making it the biggest edition of GILE so far.

Jointly organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors - Property and Facility Management Division (HKIS-PFMD) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited (HKAPMC), the biennial award, Quality Property and Facility Management Award 2024 (QPFMA 2024) held the Official Launch Day cum Seminar today, on 14 March, with participation of over 70 industry professionals and jury members. QPFMA 2024 are now open for nominations until 3 May 2024. Applicants could enjoy the early bird discount if nominations are submitted by 16 April 2024.
