Chevalier Group is pleased to announce that five of its business units have recently been recognised at the HKSAR 25th Anniversary Enterprise Outstanding Contribution Awards ceremony in three different categories, namely financial, real estate and construction, and health industries. Thanks to its continuous contributions to the Hong Kong community, Chevalier Group brings home the largest number of awards among all entering corporations.
The award ceremony sees Chevalier Group receiving two awards in the real estate and construction industry category, a recognition of its continuous dedication to making Hong Kong a better place to live and work. Chevalier (HK) Limited is awarded for its lift and escalator business while Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited is recognised for its construction business. The other three awards go to Chevalier Insurance Company Limited for its general insurance services, Chevalier Property Management Limited for its property management business, and Chevalier Group for the rehabilitation center and senior living projects. These honors are given in recognition of the business units’ respective remarkable contribution to the development of an age-friendly and inclusive community as well as dedicated commitment to employees’ compensation insurance for the construction sector.

Adopting a pragmatic approach for project excellence, all business units of Chevalier Group leverage our expertise for the betterment of our society whilst attaching great importance to innovation to remain competitive. Chevalier Group has been actively adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our construction projects in support of the "Construction 2.0" vision advocated by the Development Bureau. Additionally, we are launching the solution of MiC Lifts in Hong Kong and supporting the research and development of new MiC materials with its first commercialization realised in a MiC elderly housing project. In order to bring greater convenience, Chevalier Property Management Limited has implemented smart facility management systems in its managed estates. Chevalier Group has also supported development of senior residence and rehabilitation center in Hong Kong. These projects introduce advanced medical technology and interactive rehabilitation equipment to better serve Hong Kong's needs for rehabilitation and elderly services and jointly build an inclusive society.
The HKSAR 25th Anniversary Enterprise Outstanding Contribution Awards is organised by Metro Broadcast Corporation Limited and co-organised by the Hong Kong Coalition. The award presentation ceremony took place earlier at JW Marriott Hotel during which leaders across the territory gathered to witness 55 remarkable corporations from various industry sectors honored. All awardees are outstanding businesses in its respective industry sector and are chosen by a distinguished panel of judges in honor of their efforts in the economic development of Hong Kong and social well-being since the handover of HKSAR.
