On December 1, CIFI Group announced that it will integrate the former Hunan Regional Business Department and Wuhan Business Department to establish a Central China Regional Group to integrate resources and better develop the markets in Hunan and Hubei provinces. Mr. Jin Mingjie, general manager of Hunan Regional Business Department and Wuhan Business Department, will serve as President of Central China Regional Group.
Since the start of organizational transformation in 2019, CIFI has successively established seven regional groups in Southeast, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shanghai, Southwest, North China, and Shandong. The Central China Regional Group is the eighth regional small group. Similar to the establishment of the previous small group, all employees in the regions involved this time will remain in their posts and will be adapted to positions according to the new regional organizational structure and individual abilities and wishes.
According to internal statistics, thanks to the management dividends brought about by the deep cultivation of the region, the sales and payment collections of these eight regional small groups have achieved gratifying results this year. On November 2, CIFI announced that its annual payment in 2021 will exceed 200 billion yuan. Among them, the southeast region will receive more than 50 billion yuan, the Jiangsu region will exceed 30 billion, the North China region will exceed 20 billion, and the Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangxi, Southwest, Wuhan regions and the Shandong Xuhui Yinshengtai Platform Co., Ltd. paid back more than 10 billion yuan.
Regional deep ploughing, improving management efficiency
It is understood that in the first 11 months of 2021, CIFI Hunan and CIFI Wuhan have both achieved more than 10 billion in return, and the per capita performance of the two teams is among the best in the group. After the merger of the two business units, its contracted sales within CIFI will account for more than 1/10, becoming one of the most important regions in CIFI's national layout.
